AULIS-Mails
AULIS has an internal e-mail system. You can use this internal AULIS e-mail to reach your lecturers and other students who also have an account in AULIS. With this e-mail system, you can only send and receive messages within AULIS. External communication is not possible.
In each group and in each course, the "Mail to members" function is used as a mailing list. The user name is sufficient as the e-mail address.
You can find your inbox by clicking on the "My AULIS" tile in the main navigation menu. Here you can view and manage all your AULIS messages and contacts.
Forwarding to (private) e-mail
By default, AULIS automatically forwards all incoming messages to your HSB e-mail address. If you prefer forwarding to a different e-mail address, you can enter a different external e-mail address in your user profile settings so that you are notified when you receive new e-mails in AULIS.
To do this, click on your user icon at the top right of the page and open the "Personal data and profile" menu. Enter the desired external e-mail address in the contact information.
Now click on your user icon again at the top right of the page and open the "Settings" menu.
Select the "Mail settings" tab in the settings. You have three options here:
- E-mails from the internal AULIS mail system are only received locally (i.e. in AULIS).
- E-mails from the internal AULIS mail system are forwarded to the stored external e-mail address.
- E-mails from the internal AULIS mail system are received both locally and forwarded to the stored external e-mail address.
Remember to save the settings after making your selection.
